In all the training sessions, in the course of the simulations and learning process, the instructor observes the trainee. Afterwards she processes the findings and refers them to the trainee with a feedback with the aim of mirroring his strengths and weaknesses and directing him to personal processing of the station he has just passed (learning, simulation, imaging, simulator doll).
