Aims

Team exercise in the resuscitation of newborns. Communication between teams and team work in emergency situations at the termination of the NRP course.

 

Learning Method

After every scenario a feedback/investigation is conducted and a discussion is held, in which the simulation is observed and the functioning of the team, communication and the skill in carrying out the resuscitation, are analyzed.

 

Means and Program

The training takes place in a simulation room with advanced technological instruments and is carried out on a "smart" simulation doll controlled from the control room.

 

Target Population

The population included in the training in the simulation center is composed of pediatricians during their residency, midwives and nurses caring for newborns and premature babies.
